Domaine Meriwether is committed to realizing the potential of Oregon as a producer of world-class sparkling wines emphasizing the expression of its premier grape Pinot Noir in our cuvees. Our winemaker Jean-Louis Denois from Champagne, France is the first to make sparkling wine in the Pacific Northwest. As in Champagne, we purchase Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes from a wide area to meet our production needs.
