Symbolized by its three leaves: Vine, Oak and Olive, the Clos d'Alari winery estate produces wines Côtes de Provence. The Clos d'Alari winery estate is located at Saint Antonin du Var in the heart of Provence within the Côte d’Azur area. The winery has 8 hectares of vines planted at 300 meters altitude, much of which is trellised on a clay and limestone soil: 6 hectares of AOP, 2 hectares of IGP vin de pays du Var. Our production: 60% of Rosé wines for 3 vintages, our vintage “Grand Clos” is a gastronomic AOP. 35% of red wines for 5 wines two gourmet vintages one special vintage aged 14 months in oak barrels. 5% white wine for only 1 gourmet "Vermentino" acclaimed and awarded. Our grapes: syrah, grenache, carignan, mourvèdre, merlot, cinsault, rolle, cabernet. Our harvest :is manual and depend on the controls and maturity. Everything is done to limit yields and concentrate the flavors, the material in the wine suitable size, green harvesting, farming ...
