Don Cristobal began its production of wines with the 2001 harvest and entered that same year in the world wine market with its brand Cristobal 1492 Wines of the New World for the Entire World. Don Cristobal owns a total of 145 hectares of organic vineyards, in the main terroirs located in the surroundings of the city of Mendoza. The production methods in the vineyards and the winery are based on the combination of tradition and technological innovation, respecting the organic and sustainable production process. The variety of soils and altitude of each of our vineyards together with an adequate balance between its production and its vegetative part allow us to grow high quality grapes. Don Cristobal is committed to high quality standards in the vineyards and the winery to produce consistent, quality wines.
