Loscano High Altitude Wines is a family owned winery in Argentina. The original property was established in the 1960's by Italian immigrants in Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. That is still our premier property where the majority of our wines are produced. We also have about 60 hectares in the Uco Valley where we grow the majority of our Cabernet and Chardonnay. However, in 2012 we began production in our second winery, up north in Cafayate, Salta, Argentina after a long 8 years of anticipation. Cafayate is an amazing region and the winery there is state-of-the-art, we envision this becoming the home for many of our top-end wines in the future. The Vinocopia Barrel was the brainchild of the winery's owner and over the past 8 years we have worked to create the perfect wine delivery system that is not only aesthetically beautiful; but, also precision engineered for perfect functionality.
