Our cellar and wine brand is proud to pay homage to and re-live the origin of our village, Hermanuspietersfontein, as it was first named in 1855. Our commitment is to produce wines of the highest quality and to add value to the reputation, which Hermanus enjoys as a premium wine-producing region. The focus - to create a cellar environment where our grapes receive the utmost of care and attention, where hand selection and grading is key, consciously minimizing grape handling and exposure to friction. A gravitation wine cellar where quality is never compromised. Here our winemakers make world-class wines in a state of the art wine cellar, using only the highest quality grapes from one farm. They control the process from vineyard to cellar and apply their craft under seamless conditions to produce wines of distinctive style and character.
