Cleveland Whiskey is a technological based bourbon whiskey distillery company. We use Pressure Aging technology to make whiskey in 24 hours instead of other whiskey producers that put the whiskey in oak barrel and wait for another 8-12 years to have the final products. Our whiskey are competing with the regular whiskey producers and in the blind taste test, we won one of our competitors, Knob Creek, over 55%. 60-70% of customers prefer our products to our competitors. With the using of technology, we are shifting the bourbon whiskey industry to a whole new level of making whiskey.
