We are Tonnellerie Buticom, and we produce oak barrels. Barrels are made ​​of oak staves, from the variety of Quercus Petraea and Quercus Robur. These oak varieties are developed in the Charpatian mountains, in forests that are found along the 45th parallel (exactly where our headquarters are located) at the same longitude with similar forests in France.
The characteristics of these types of oak convey to wine an exceptional aromatic potential and the porosity recommend them as most suitable for manufacturing the barrels.
