Allow me to introduce you to SANTAMANIA, the first craft distillery created in Madrid, Spain for decades. Our spirits are the result of a delicate, selective production method, in which our passion for detail means we take great care of the process, from beginning to end. We are true artisans, making finely-crafted things and using the best technology and ingredients to make them. But artworks cannot be mass produced, and you won’t find a bottle of SANTAMANÍA numbered higher than 330. In Spain, winemaking is a tradition that goes back thousands of years, and Spain possesses the largest surface area of vineyards in the world. SANTAMANÍA is a part of all this: a thoroughly modern product with all the quality, tradition and flavor of Spain. We can proudly guarantee that all our spirits are made with Spanish grape neutral spirit, which gives them their superb smoothness and character.
