Founded in 1805 by Léon Croizet, Croizet Cognac is one of Cognac’s historical houses. It is situated in the first growth area of Grande Champagne and produces First Growth cognacs under the Croizet brand. In addition, it produces a range of cognacs and French brandies using proprietary secondary brand names.
The company remains very close to its viticulture roots; managing more than 200 hectares of vineyards, distilling all of its own harvest in the traditional manner and mastering the process from the vine to the bottle.
Our Croizet brand product portfolio is split into 3 families: Classic (VS, VSOP, XO & Extra), Vintage and Luxury (exclusive blends for the ultra high net worth client).
We are currently the Guinness World Record holder for the most expensive unadorned bottle of Cognac ever sold, an 1858 Cognac, at a price of USD 157 000.
Croizet is a true Vintage Cognac specialist and is one of only 3 Cognac Houses who have never lost the right to commercialize Vintage cognacs.
