RAW France Champagne visits is an insight into the world of champagne with a specific focus on small champagne houses. The RAW idea was created by Rachel (British) after she fell in love with a French champagne producer (Alexis) during her university placement year in Reims in 2009. After being fascinated herself, Rachel decided that people needed to see the way in which a small champagne house works and so RAW France was born! Alexis works with his parents to produce their family champagne which is called: Champagne Wafflart-Briet
