With a fine selection Mezcales, made of 100 % agave, la Peyoteca aims to promote the rich Mexican culture and support the development of their local communities. Our Mezcales are elaborated following the traditional method: After seven years growing, the agaves are manually selected, roasted in a stone oven and grinded with a traditional stone mill tracked by horses. The result is a unique mescal, defined by the elementary flavors of earth and fire.
