Tyrrell's was founded in 1858 by Edward Tyrrell in the lee of the Hunter Valley's Brokenback Range, New South Wales, Australia.
With our first plantings in 1879, Tyrrell's is home to some of the oldest and rarest vines in the world.
Today, Tyrrell's is a truly international wine company, premium vineyards extend from their legendary home in the Hunter Valley to owning and sourcing grapes from other distinguished grape growing regions including Heathcote (Victoria), Mclaren Vale and Linestone Coast (both South Australia). Tyrrell's also exports wine to over 35 countries around the world.
