We are a tradition-bined producer of naturally fermented Moselle riesling-wines, Pinot Noir and sparkling wines. Possessing only 5 hectares of wineyards the estate brings every year about 36 000 bottles and belongs to the exclusive small producers with only manual work in the wineyards, hand selection of grapes and use of traditional fermentation methods. 70 per cent of Riesling wines produced are dry, usually spätlese of GG quality, the other 30 per cent make up off-dry and sweet riesling and red wines. Almost every year we produce Trockenbberenauslese and Eiswein.
Years of hard work, knowledge combined with innovation resulted at our becoming one of the most renowned estates in the Moselle Valley.
