We named our brewery in honor of the patron saint of firefighters, St. Florian, as our very own Fire Captain-Brewmaster suffered burns while on an unfortunate fire scene...his injuries could have been worse, so we give a thumbs-up of gratitude to St. Florian, donating at least 5% of our profits to fire-related & community-based organizations.
Our current line-up of beers include Flashover IPA (an 'East Coast meets West Coast style' IPA), California Common, & Brown Ale (an English-American hybrid), followed by Belgian Style Flashover IPA & others to come!
