Top of the Hill Distillery produces TOPO Organic Spirits. We are the only USDA certified organic and fully local distillery in the American South. Currently, we produce vodka, gin and whiskey. All our spirits are made with organic soft red winter wheat grown less that 100 miles from our distillery.
