Near the city of Verona, in the hills of Valpolicella, lies Azienda Valentina Cubi. The family owned estate, run by its namesake Valentina Cubi, consist of some 13 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. The vineyards, all being converted into organic viticulture, deliver the raw material for the production of authentic Valpolicella, Amarone and Recioto based on the indigenous Corvina grape variety.
