An excursus through the history that brings us up to date; Antonio, like his grandfather; a wealth of traditions, knowledge, passion; his little corner of paradise, 20 hectares in Canova location, on Mizzole’s hills, in Valpolicella; sun-kissed slopes and designed by the elegant geometry of the vineyards; a garden, overlooking Verona; wine plants treated one by one, the selected grapes, the constant attention during the drying process, soft pressing, controlled fermentation and finally, aging in underground cellars, in Slavonia’s oak barrels, thus was born "Quarto Vecchio" Selection, so our wines. Three red wines, Amarone Classico Doc Valpolicella, Valpolicella Ripasso Doc Superiore, and Valpolicella Doc Classico Superiore Two sparkling wines Blanc and Rosè
