Built in 1998, the facilities are equipped with the latest technology, including temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with a total capacity of 66000 gallons. But state-of-the-art technology alone cannot replace the required tradition of craftsmanship: its cellars house the Bordeaux barrels (American and French oak) and the bottle rack area, with the coolness, stillness and darkness required by great wines.
