Noceto Michelotti vineyards are positioned in its natural 30ha amphitheatre, have predomintely a southwestern exposure.Just before the harvest starts(september/october), each single estate has been classified into an „energy zone“ to maximise the quality of the grapes harvested.
Within 3 hours after hand harvesting, grapes arrive in our modern cellar, where they are selected, washed, dried and carefully de-stemmed.
