We''re a small Cantine located among the hills around Salsomoggiore Terme province of Parma Italy, our aim is make quality wines, and because of that in our wines we used only grapes cultivated by us, on 41 quintals per hectare and we select the grapes 60 days before the grape harvest, manual harvest with particular selection of the grapes.
