Our winery is very small family business owing just three hectares of organic Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Xinomauro (domestic). We ferment our red wines for about 35 days with the scin of the grapes, in order to get all the substances of them, which give a special taste and aroma. The result can be enjoyed after 2 years!!
