Villa Zarri is a craft distillery located in Italy producing top quality Brandies and Liqueurs. Since the harvest of 1986 it has been using a Charentais alembic to brew Trebbiano wine by means of a discontinuous method. All Brandies are aged into small 350-litre Limousin and Allier oaken barrels. Brandies are produced in a totally natural way without adding any aromatizing, preserving or colouring agents. Villa Zarri also home-makes organic walnut liqueur (Nocino) and two further liqueurs, Cherry Brandy and Brandy and Coffee. These are two liqueurs based on 7-year brandy, the former with brewed cherries added, the latter with brewed coffee added.
