Our vineyards grow at 1100 meters elevation under a bright sun in Vistaflores, Uco Valley. Low yield and poor soils. Located in the bed of an old dry stream with stony, sandy frank soil. Irrigated with pure water from the Andes Mountain. Hand harvested in small 15 kgs baskets. Bunches selection by double sorting table. Aged in French and American barrels. kept in bottle from 2 months to one year before release.
