I''m thinking about moving my wine out of the city and to a full-service warehouse.
I typically have 100 or so cases on hand at any given time but that number may double in the next few months. Deliveries would be to my on- and off-premises accounts, though I may have out-of-state distributor pick ups in the future as well. I typically work with about 25 skus at a time, but that number will go up shortly as well.
