Adler Fels embraces the negociant method of winemaking. By establishing a strong network of vintners throughout California’s premier wine regions, Adler Fels is able to craft a wide array of quality wines from a wide range of quality grape sources. We believe this versatility results in more interesting, complex wines by allowing us to select and blend lots from multiple vineyards instead of just a few. For both our estate and negociant brands, our core philosophy remains the same: to produce well-balanced, elegant wines with intense varietal character and deliver great values to our trade customers and consumers. We continue to produce our hallmark Adler Fels estate wines from grape to bottle, as well as our other exciting negociant brands: Coastline, Coyote Creek, Eye Candy, Kitchen Sink, Leaping Lizard and Totally Random.
