Cave des Vignerons de Bully represent one of the leader in Beaujolais region (France), with two millions bottles sold annually. Our know how is to propose regular and appreciated quality in large volume. Our 150 farms cultivate 560 hectares from 9 villages. Our annual production is roughly 3.6 million litres of A.O.C. Beaujolais :White Beaujolais (from the Chardonnay grape), Red, Rosé and Beaujolais Nouveau which are produced from the Gamay grape with white juice. Our winegrowers are taking part in a thoughful production. They follow a set of rules which establishes specifications for fertilisation, ground maintenance, protection of the vineyard and a follow up of the potential of the crops. The progress is monitored by a technical team which will check production methods and give any necessary advice in order for the thoughful production to be achieved. The whole of this organisation constitues a complete system of assurance of quality.
