We are a family owned and operated vineyard producing organic, sulfite-free wines & olive oil. Our Caveau (tasting room) is open Monday thru Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00PM and 3:00PM to 7:00PM. Please call in advance +33 6 77 76 97 90. The Costes-Cirgues estate is made up of small parcels with vines and olive trees planted side-by-side. The vines and olive trees are cultivated in accordance with the techniques of organic farming under the Ecocert label and biodynamic principles.
