I work with and represent a unique collection of boutique Roussillon wine makers, domaines and estates. Many are organic and are "recoltant" - handcrafting their wines on the premises. Typical estate volumes and hectarage would be 20,000 - 60,000 bottles and 10 to 60 hectares. Some of the wines available are found typically in Michelin star restaurants across Europe. Including Heston Bluhmentals 3 star "Fat Duck" voted world''s best restaurant 3 times in the last 5 years and currently rated at number 2.
I also have contacts with a number of the best cooperatives here. Do not contact us if you want wine''s under 4 euros a bottle at wholesale. Quality independent restaurant and hoteliers/ groups welcome, as are independent fine wine retailers/groups.
