Winery Colle Uncinano was created in 2005 by family Campanella and its desire to produce the finest wines to express the best characteristics of Spoleto’s territory. The search for excellence begins in our vineyard splendidly placed at 348 m on sea level on the southern slope of an hill just at the mountside of Monti Martani. The benefits of location are remarkable because of the sudden temperature variation between daytime and night that create a special microclimate.
