Traditional family cellar We respect the traditions of our ancestors using at the same time the most advanced technologies respecting the environment. Ramirez de la Piscina make great white, rose and red Rioja wines Grapes entering into the cellar are going through selection conveyors belts where grapes are selected before the winemaking process . Young wines are made by Carbonic Maceration Method, while aged wines Crianza; Reserva and Gran Reserva are made by de-stemmed.
