Waverley Hills produces premium quality organic wines. We are looking at opportunities to expand our current markets with long-term relations in specialized markets for 20 000 -100 000 bottles. We are organically certified by SGS and NOP certified for the USA market. The wine is produced from low yielding vines (6-8t/ha) and are processed in a modern cellar (gravity feed). The unique characteristics of our wines are soft tannins and fruity/spicy aromas. The 2009 Waverley Hills Shiraz/Mourvedre/Viognier was awarded the Best Organic Wine, Southern Hemisphere at Challenge International du Vin 2011 in Bordeaux and our Shiraz won gold at Veritas in S.A.
