The Garrido family has been involved in the wine industry for over three centuries in the medieval village of Fermoselle where it harvests,sells and elaborates a unique authocthonous grape variety--named Juan García--a pre-filoxera variety of Burgundy precedent, only grown in the Arribes wine appellation of Spain. The Garrido family also sells a portion of its grape production varietal to wineries.
