Cervecería de Baja California, S.A de C.V. (CBC) is an Independant Mexican Brewery. We yield a unique product in Mexico, a craft beer which has the standard flavors and raw materials of the highest quality. We have 8 of the top 10 ranked beers from Mexico, according to the Beverage Tasting Institute of Chicago, May 18, 2007. Our main goal is to position ourselves as the most prestigious craft brewery in Mexico. The style of beers we produce are from the traditional Blonde Ale to a Barleywine at a 10 percent alcohol content.
