Viticulture and enology at the Žorž family is a tradition which is supported by knowledge of modern approaches. The Žorž cellar is one of the oldest in the beautiful village Slap in Vipava valley. Its roots go back to the distant year of the 1696th. With the help of excellent sites where vines have the earliest sun in the morning we are following our ancestors who were already involved in viticulture and enology. Our satisfied customers are recognition and encouragement for a further 300 years.
