Imbue makes the first Vermouth out of the Northwest. We are a Pinot Gris based vermouth, fortified with a had crafted eau de vie made for us at Clear Creek Distillery. We infuse the wine with 9 herbs and spices, which creates an eminently mixable, and DRINKABLE vermouth. I''m also highly involved with Tales of the Cocktail and would love to get some distribution in line before the festival in July.
