Waverley Hills is a South African winery, that produces premium quality organic wines. We are looking at oppertunities to expand our current markets with long-term relations in specialized markets for 20 000 -100 000 bottles. We are organically certified by SGS and NOP certified for the USA market. The wines are known for their fruity and spicy character and soft tannins. The estate produces 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Shiraz and 15% Merlot, plus other varieties like Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon, Viognier, Mouvedre and Grenache in a very modern cellar on the farm.
