Mana Shuzou is a producer of a New Zealand style Shochu. Shochu being the largest selling Spirit in Japan and rapidly finding favour globally. It is not produced to any great extent outside of Japan. This young New Zealand Company has been cheeky enough to develop a highly refined authentic Shochu from New Zealands unique variaty of Kumara (Sweet Potato)and market into Japan.
