The winery is specialized in the production of quality white, rosé and red wines, as well as sparkling wine (Classis Method) – white and rosé. The three major brands produced by the winery are: EDOARDO MIROGLIO (premium brand), SANT’ ILIA and SAINT ILIA ESTATE (commercial brands). EM (Edoardo Miroglio) is the premium brand and it is mostly distributed in selected hotels and restaurants, as well as specialized wine stores, while Sant’Ilia and Saint Ilia Estate are commercial brands designated for the domestic and export markets.
