Kuuch, is the name of an enterprise born in 1998, with a serious intention of retaking the production of spirituous drinks made with local produced ingredients and to share, somehow, these alcoholic beverages that have been made in the peninsula by those people who know them, and to give access for those who do not know them. Our efforts crystallize in 2000 having set our factory in the municipal district of Kanasín; very close to Mérida, the products at the beginning, were for local consumption only. We are sticked to our roots and the culture, maya-spanish influence and the tradition born during 300 years, when Spain colonized this region.
