We are an arable farm growing crops primarily for flour, bread and cake mixes. One of our crops - Spelt - has been used to produce a Spelt Beer. Probably the first Spelt Beer to be produced in the UK since Roman times! Brand is GLADIATOR, strength is 4.2 abv and bottled in 330ml bottles. Filtered not bottle conditioned.
