The Wine Vault of the Desert is a unique, state-of-the-art 10,000 sq. ft. wine storage facility – available to area wine lovers, wine collectors, restaurants, wine clubs, country clubs and wine stores alike. • The Wine Vault maintains a constant temperature of 55 degrees and 65-70% humidity, the optimum conditions for proper wine storage. Cases are stored on their sides to maintain cork integrity, in a vibrationfree facility with 24/7 security and a diesel-powered backup generator.
