The Bonic Family Bio-Dynamic Single Vineyard Estate is nestled on the banks of Billabong Creek in outback Australia, an environmental paradise. We specialise in Premium Chardonnay and Shiraz wines made 100% from the highest level of Organics. With an annual production of 175,000 half cases Approx 50/50 Chardonnay and Shiraz. The grapevines are nurtured for quality, only yielding 1 - 3 tons / acre and harvested only when the fruit is ripe, hence the full rich flavours. We have A-Grade Certification in both Organic and Bio-dynamic, which is a higher form of natural farming and caring for the environment and people. Organic One exports to the UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, as well as the Australian domestic market.
