Roundhouse Spirits based in Boulder, Colorado was the first Boulder County distiller and has been producing our Botanical Gin and Corretto coffee liqueur since October, 2008. We think Roundhouse would be a great asset for your spirits portfolio, particularly as the “craft” spirits movement gains momentum. The gin is made with all organic botanicals, including lavender, chamomile, and hibiscus which lend a distinctive floral nose. It has a full mouth feel, and has a palette that is both compelling and refined. The Corretto is made of locally roasted coffee beans, and is distinctive as compared to the big-name coffee liqueurs for its real coffee taste, light body, and its notes of molasses and vanilla. In the next 3 months, we are adding a barrel aged gin and agave spirit.
