Bilton Wines produces Rare wines of a distinctive character in a Classic European Style. Our premuim wines are Barrel matured in 80% new French oak barrels for 18 to 24 months after wich is further matured on the bottle for a further 24 months. These wines are of a high quality produced on some of the best terroir against the foot of the Helderberg in Stellenbosch South Africa
