The philosophy of Adega Valdes is to take advantage of the tradition of the region where the Valdes family owns one of the oldest vineyards of ALBARIÑO in the whole D.O.Rias Baixas (more than 35 years old). The combination of tradition and the most modern technology during the vinification define Albariño Gundian: very aromatic on the nose, with a lot of structure and softness on the mouth, well balanced and a spectacular lingering finish. Match with any kind of TAPAS, especially seafood.
