Our Piscos Don Alvaro are produced once a year, during April, after selecting the best quality grapes grown in ICA, a sunny location 300 kms. south of Lima, by our experts and technical personnel in order to obtain the best quality Piscos.
Because of its uniqueness, the amount of grape kilos involved and the artisan process of its production our Piscos Don Alvaro are oriented for customers who demand the highest quality, renown brands and the best of their class.
With 42% of alcohol content as a result of the distilling process, Piscos can only be elaborated from certain types of grapes that grow exclusively in some areas of Peru. There are four types of Pisco officially recognized: Pure (Non Aromatic), Acholado (Blended), Aromatico (Aromatic) and Mosto Verde (Green Malt). We at Piscos Don Alvaro produce them all as Premium Liqueurs in the following presentations:
