In Friuli, in the north-east of Italy, lies the Beltrame vineyards, a company, born in 1991, founded in the wine properties of the Counts Antonini. The Estate covers an area of 40 hectares, 25 of which are devoted to grape growing. The mostly clayey soils overlay a gravel bed located one metre below the surface. The vineyards of the Beltrame farm are arranged all around the adjacent structure of the cellar. After a conspicuous thinning of the bunches immediately after budding and just as the grapes begin ripen, when the grapes reach full maturity they are picked by hand, laid in small perforated boxes and brought to the adjacent cellar. The Tenuta Beltrame Winery produces the following wines: Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Friulano, Pinot Bianco, Refosco, Pinot Nero, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tazzelenghe and Verduzzo Friulano. We sell our wines in Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Slovakia, New York, California.
