The entire process of harvesting,pressing, 1st fermentation, 2nd fermantaion and bottling is under the thorough control of local and international winemakers and relevant specialist. It''s a leading sparkling wine maker in the country of Georgia with over 85% of market share. The company is called after Prince Ivane Bagrationi the member of Georgian royal family who made first Georgian sparkling wine back in 1882. The comapny still uses the unique Georgian grape varieties Chinebuli, Tsitska and Mtsvane identified by the Prince among several tens of varieties available in the country.
