Cantine Donna Gines have been wine makers in Lecce since 1921, since then they have controlled the entire production and distribution process, growing all the grapes from which the wine is produced and delivering it to the final customers.
The cellar, a few kilometers from the vineyards, is equipped with highly advanced machinery, which enables total temperature control during every phase of the production, from transformation, to storage and to bottling.
The barriques are stored in the basement, for perfect aging conditions.
