Bairrada is known for its sparkling wine, without a doubt, one of the brand images of Bairrada and the main sparkling wine producer in the country.
The varietal of choice is Baga, but Touriga Nacional, Syrah, (for the red wines) and Arinto, Bical, Maria Gomes (for the white wines), are also predominant varietals in our wines.
